The Flos Agricultural Society takes video images and photographs of the events at the location of the Elmvale Fall Fair, 14 George Street. These images and videos can be used in whole or in part by the Flos Agricultural Society on the website elmvalefallfair.com, facebook or other social media outlets, and in print advertising where the promotion of the Society is necessary.
By attending our events, you consent to using these images and videos, in part or whole, for advertising and promotional purposes by the Flos Agricultural Society. In addition, you waive the right to privacy and financial compensation for any images used.
