PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • All Hitch Drivers must be accompanied by a capable driver
  • No whips allowed in the show ring during line classes
  • Classes will start at 10:30 m. sharp.
  • All livestock must meet health standards and all livestock exhibitors MUST have $1,000,000 liability insurance.

• ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED

CLASS 5:

Best Horse on the Grounds (1 entry per exhibitor)

Grand Champion: Trophy donated in memory of Grant Ritchie, by Diane Ritchie & Family. Plus $60 donated by Insurance Store

Reserve Grand Champion: $40 donated by Insurance Store. Rosettes for each donated by Flos Ag. Society.

CLASS 6:

Junior Showmanship on Halter. Exhibitor must be 18 years of age and under.

PRIZE: Trophy donated by Diane Ritchie and Family. $35, $30, $25, $20 for all re- maining entries.

CLASS 7:

Unicorn Hitch Open to all Breeds.

1st – Sponsored by Insurance Store – $65 | 2nd – $60 | 3rd – $50 | 4th – $40

CLASS 8:

4-Horse Hitch Open to all Breeds

1st – $95 | 2nd – $90 | 3rd – $80 | 4th – $70 |

$55 for all remaining entries

CLASS 9:

Single Hitch Open to all Breeds

Note: If more than 5 teams per Class (re: Section 6) then the teams will be split into light and heavy.

Each exhibitor, upon arriving on the grounds, must apply to the Committee in charge, who will inform the exhibitor where the animals or articles are to be placed.

Judging Standards

Our local Committee members do not judge at our Fair. The Society hires and pays for qualified and impartial judges.
